The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation Gala Fundraiser

New York City, NY

For more than 20 years, The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation has entrusted WhiteLeaf Events to design and execute the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year. It is an evening of celebrating the greatest American Ski and Snowboarders. The high caliber design and production, including presentations by the CEO, as well as current and former athletes, sets the mood for an event that helps raise more than $1 million each year for the team and their training needs.

50th Birthday Celebration

Greenwich, CT

The owner of a large Hedge Fund hired WhiteLeaf Events to conceive and execute a large-scale birthday celebration at the Greenwich Polo grounds. Two tents, as well as an indoor and outdoor stage were set up. Arranged performances were given by the legendary magician David Blaine, as well as a varied musical lineup, which included The Outlaws, Weezer, Everclear and Cracker. One of tents was utilized to create a “Hall of Fame” dedicated to the client.The main tent housed several performances and the outdoor stage was utilized for the first performance of the day. This unique event provided an unforgettable experience for more than 350 of the client’s closest friends and family members.

Annual Investment Conference at Lincoln Center

For the past 18 years, WhiteLeaf Events has produced an all-day investment conference staged at multiple venues on the legendary Lincoln Center campus in New York City. WhiteLeaf has elevated this event from a humble hotel ballroom business conference, to a star-studded and highly anticipated event that now attracts over 5,000 attendees from all over the world. WhiteLeaf expertly manages all aspects of the event – from design and build, to load out and celebrity CEO presentations, all while producing four separate arena-level concerts. WhiteLeaf deftly executes this event with extreme attention to detail and precise timelines. Because of the pre-existing events inside of The Metropolitan Opera House, and the other Lincoln Center venues, WhiteLeaf is tasked with building the entire production in only eight hours! WhiteLeaf is the only private event producer to have the privilege to work inside of the most prestigious theatrical venue in the world, The Metropolitan Opera House
