Investment Firm — Annual Investment Conference at Lincoln Center, New York City – For the past 13 years, WhiteLeaf Events has been called upon by an investment firm to produce a day-long investment conference staged on multiple venues at Lincoln Center, including The Met Opera House, David Geffen Hall, Alice Tully hall, The David Koch Theater, The Mitzi Newhouse Theater, The Big Apple Circus, and various tent structures.
When we first took over this account, the conference attracted less than 1,000 people and was held in a hotel ballroom in NYC. Our expertise in event management, celebrity access, and attendee experience has resulted in a now standing room only experience for over 5,000 people each year. There is no other conference of its kind in the world and to date, WhiteLeaf is the only producer ever entrusted in tenting the entire Lincoln Center campus. We are also the only private event producer to work inside of the illustrious Metropolitan Opera House.
Now attended by thousands of investors and financial experts, WhiteLeaf expertly produces all aspects of this event from tent builds and advisory breakout panelists, to celebrity CEO presentations, and multiple private concerts. The event’s popularity attracts CNBC, which records their show, “Squawk Box,” live from the conference every year. In 2015, performers included Lady Gaga, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble, Steve Martin, Martin Short, and headliner, Alicia Keys. Past performers include Paul McCartney, Celine Dion, Sting, Cher, James Taylor, Barbra Streisand, Jerry Seinfeld, and Bette Midler, among others.
Considering the complex enormity of producing this event featuring headline concert performances and celebrity CEO presentations, one would expect that the production builds would take over Lincoln Center’s campus for weeks. We actually build this event in eight hours – every year – without fail. Our streamlined process and professional staff loads in and builds out our production at all of the venues starting at midnight the day of the show, and we’re ready for doors at 8am.
Liberty Travel/Flight Centre – Employee Recognition Events – WhiteLeaf proudly produced four employee recognition events for Liberty Travel/Flight Centre, a prestigious travel and leisure industry giant. These events were all two-day productions, complete with business conferences and large gala award shows. At four annual events, including two in Baltimore, one in Boston, and one in New Jersey, WhiteLeaf led the creation and design of a completely different event experience for this group.
